THE WORD OF HEALING

In This Issue:
This Healing Letter will not be filled with a lot
of hoopla; it will be concise, to the point and factual, just like my book: "Healings
Done By Jesus". Many don't have the time for casual reading because
they're in dire need of healing...so let's get to the point.
IT'S GOD'S WILL TO HEAL ...
One of the hardest things for some people to
believe is that God wants you well; God wants you healed. This is probably
the number one hindrance that stands in the way of people receiving their
healing. How can you have faith for healing if you believe God is the one
putting sickness and disease on people? No, God made provision for your
healing.
How do we know that for sure? Because of
the Bible. What does the
Bible say? You must make the decision in your heart to believe the Word of
God, the Bible. You can't get God's blessings if you take sides against
His Word. You'll never get God to work for you by discarding His Word.
The Bible is God speaking to you. And if what I say or some preacher says doesn't line up with the
Bible, forget it!
Some of you may be sick and in need of healing
right now! There is hope, help and healing for you. There's a prayer
for you at the end of this letter; after you pray this prayer, continue to
meditate in the scriptures and thank God that He has heard and answered your
prayer...that's all faith is: believing that He has heard and believing that you
have received the answer to your prayer.
Reason #1 - Jesus was the
will of God in action.
Jesus said in John 6:38
38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own
will, but the will of him that sent me.
Everything Jesus did and said was the Father's
will. Jesus was the will of God in action. Jesus is still the will
of God in action today because He's alive. He arose victorious over death,
hell and the grave. Everything He did was for you. Jesus told John in Rev
1:18
18 I am he that liveth,
and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys
of hell and of death.
Jesus is alive for evermore and His power is
always present everywhere to heal. Luke writes in Acts 10:38
38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with
the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all
that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
Healing is good. Jesus went about doing
good and healing. Sickness is an oppression of the devil. Everyone
that Jesus healed was oppressed of the devil. God was with Him when he
went about doing good and healing. Wouldn't that be stupid to think that
God was making people sick and Jesus was going about getting them healed?
That would be a house divided. The Bible says that every 'house divided
against itself shall not stand.' (Matthew 12:25)
Read this story starting from Luke chapter 13:
11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a
spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no
wise lift up herself.
12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman,
thou art loosed from thine infirmity.
13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and
glorified God.
14 And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that
Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six
days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and
not on the sabbath day.
15 The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one
of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him
away to watering?
16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath
bound , lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath
day?
17 And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and
all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.
Satan had her bound for eighteen years.
Jesus came to set her free. Jesus said she ought to be loosed from her
infirmity. Sickness is an oppression. Jesus is the Healer, satan is the
oppressor. Jesus wants you healed too.
In the coming issues we'll continue with
supporting scripture showing that 'It's God's Will To Heal'
Prayer for Healing:
Heavenly Father, I see from your Word, that Jesus is the healer. I ask you
right now to heal me of my infirmity. I believe that Jesus came to do your
will and I believe that what Jesus did was for me. Jesus, I receive you as
my Healer right now. Thank you for healing me. I receive my healing
right now by faith. Satan, you take your hands off me and take your
sickness and disease and get out of my body now. Thank you, Father for my
healing in Jesus name. Amen!
